Central Payroll Services has moved to remote operations

2021 UC W-2 Available January 27

Current Employees

  1. Electronic version of W-2 available online as of January 27
  2. Printed W-2 mailed to the home address on file no later than January 31, 2022, or access W-2 on UCPath

To access your W-2 on UCPath, click on Employee Actions > Income and Taxes > View Online W-2

Former Employees
Former employees have access to view or download their W-2 statements (up to three years after their separation date). To access the UCPath W-2, former employees can visit UCPath and click on Former Employees. Once logged in, click on Employee Actions > Income and Taxes > View Online W-2.

Farewell to PPS

UC’s prior payroll and personnel system, PPS, went into full retirement June 30, 2021

Requests for PPS Historical Data:

E-mail request for data to pps-datarequest@ucdavis.edu.  Please be sure to include detailed information but DO NOT include any PII in your request. Your request will be reviewed to confirm you are eligible to receive the requested information.  If your request is denied you will be notified by email.
Note: depending on the nature of the request, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive the requested data.
