TRS Cutover

Transition to UCPath TRS is complete

Special processing requirements for TRS timesheets during UCPath cutover

Biweekly employees              

Beginning 9/19/19 you will be required to submit your time for pay period ending 9/21/19 in the UCPath Time Reporting System after UCPath conversion.

Please note your ending leave balance.  Leave balances may not be immediately available in TRS after UCPath conversion.

Employee instructions:

  1. Employees review your saved timesheet and adjust as needed.  Create timesheet if none was saved.
  2. Contact your Service Channel for assistance if you have an problems.
  3. Submit timesheets by 09/20/19 by 5 pm.

Supervisor instructions:

  1. Biweekly Supervisor Approve: Monday 9/23/19 by 12 pm.
    • Supervisors may receive warning flags while approving leave time until leave balances are available, please work with your employee and Service Channel to verify balance if necessary.

Departmental Time Administrators:

  1. Biweekly DTA Approve: Tuesday 09/24/19 by 11 am.

 

Monthly employees 

Beginning with August leave time reporting, time will be only entered in UCPath TRS.

Monthly employee leave balances may not be immediately available in UCPath TRS.  Prior leave balances are available in Legacy TRS.  Supervisors may receive warning while flags approving leave time until leave balances are available.

Employee instructions:

  1. Monthly Employees Submit August Timesheet: Between Monday 9/9/19 and Friday 9/13/19 by 5 pm

Supervisor instructions:

  1. Monthly Supervisors Approve August Timesheet: Tuesday 9/17/19 by 12 pm
    • Supervisors may receive warning flags while approving leave time until leave balances are available.

Departmental Time Administrators:

  1. Monthly DTAs Approve August Timesheets: Friday 9/20/10 by 11 am
