Important updates on services and deadlines

Update on Spring Quarter, 202503 Billing
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • This statement has several deadlines, please pay attention to the different dates. General fees are due on April 15, 2025. For Undergraduate students, if you registered late for Spring Quarter 2025, the Final Fee Payment Deadline to avoid the late drop for non-payment is April 11, 2025.  If your account balance is not paid in full you will be dropped from your classes.  If you are participating in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) your second installment and any other charges not included in the plan are due by April 15, 2025.  Spring Quarter Refunds will be available for eligible students on March 27, 2025.

    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is May 22, 2025. Any Graduate Student with a balance after the Graduate Final Fee Payment Deadline, will be canceled from their future term. All registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
Office Hours and Online Resources

Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering will be closed Friday, March 28, 2025 in observance of the Cesar Chavez Holiday. We will return to the office on Monday, March 31, 2025.  

  • Our Office is open to the public Monday thru Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
  •   • You can login into MyBill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.
