Student Accounting assists campus faculty, staff, and students in meeting their teaching, research, and operational needs by providing effective and efficient disbursement of student financial aid.
As part of our response to the outbreak of COVID-19, all in-person office hours will be suspended until further notice.
If you registered late or still have current or prior term debt, you must be prepared to make full payments by the Final Fee Payment Deadline of April 9, 2021. If your account balance including your late fees are not paid in full you will be dropped from your classes. If you are participating in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) your second installment and any other charges not included in the plan are due by April 15, 2021. Estimated Financial Aid on your statement will be applied to your outstanding balance on March 22, 2021. Refund checks will be available on March 25, 2021. Student Accounting and Cashier's Office will be closed March 26, 2021 in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.
For Graduate Students ONLY, your Spring Quarter Final Fee Payment Deadline is May 20, 2021. Any Graduate Student with a balance after May 20, 2021 will be canceled from their future term and a late registration fee will be assessed.
