Payments, refunds and billing activity are now processing. Students who still need to sign up for direct deposit or add authorized users should complete setup as soon as possible.

Below are important service and deadline updates.

Fall Quarter 2026 Billing

  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit

  • Please note the two different deadlines this month.  If you registered late or still have current or prior term debt, you must be prepared to make full payments by the Final Fee Payment Deadline of October 6, 2026.  If your account balance is not paid in full you will be dropped from your classes. If you are participating in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) your second installment and any other charges not included in the plan are due by October 15, 2026.

    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Fall Quarter Final Fee Payment Deadline is November 12, 2026.  Any Graduate Student with a balance after November 12, 2026, will be canceled from their future term.

  •   • You can log in to Aggie Bill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign up for direct deposit.
