TRS has a fresh new look

On Oct. 17, 2024, TRS was upgraded to enhance the user experience and accessibility while maintaining the same timesheet processes. Training guides are available at TRS Training.

Tip: When you log in to TRS, the wordmark at the top of the screen may appear oversized. Clearing the cache on your web browser should resolve this issue.

Job guides for TRS, or Time Reporting System, are available here as well the UC Learning Center.

This training includes demonstrations of the various screens used by employees and supervisors.

There are separate training guides for biweekly employees, monthly employees and supervisors. Click the applicable link below to begin. Each module takes about 25 minutes to complete.

To access the training through UC Learning Center:

  • Log in to the UC Learning Center with your campus login ID and Kerberos passphrase.
  • You will need speakers or headphones. Audio is a component of the training.
  • Pop-up blockers must be turned off in order to access the training.
