Aggie Bill is UC Davis’ online billing and payment system for students.

Log in to Aggie Bill using your UC Davis credentials.

Log in to Aggie Bill

Use your UC Davis Kerberos login ID and passphrase. If you need assistance retrieving or requesting a new passphrase, please contact the UC Davis IET Computing Help Desk.

Authorized Users

Access Aggie Bill using your authorized user account.

Log in as an Authorized User

Enter your username and password.
Authorized user access is provided by the student.

Update (May 22, 2026): Aggie Bill has replaced MyBill as the official student billing and payment system for UC Davis. Payments, refunds, billing statements and payment plans are now available in Aggie Bill. 

Settings from MyBill do not carry over to Aggie Bill. Students who have not completed setup should sign up for direct deposit and add authorized users as soon as possible.

What You’ll Need To Do 

Log in to Aggie Bill to: 

  • Review Financial Responsibility Agreement 
    Review and accept the UC Davis Student Financial Responsibility Agreement in Aggie Bill.

  • Authorize Users   
    Add parents, guardians or others who need access to view your account or make payments. Authorized users from MyBill do not carry over and must be set up in Aggie Bill.

  • Sign Up for Direct Deposit  
    Set up direct deposit to receive refunds and financial aid quickly and securely. Direct deposit from MyBill does not carry over to Aggie Bill and must be set up again. Students who did not enroll by May 15 may receive refunds by paper check until direct deposit is established.

    Please note: A mobile phone number must be listed in your UC Davis account as PHONE TYPE before you can enroll in direct deposit.

    To verify your number, review your personal information in Student Self-Service. If your mobile phone number is missing or incorrect, update it or add a new number. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear in Aggie Bill before completing enrollment. When enrolling, please use the Direct Deposit link under the My Account tab, not the one in the Overview page.  

Account Activity and Billing

Payments, refunds and other account activity are now appearing in Aggie Bill. Students may begin to notice updates to balances and transactions. 

Billing statements and payment plans will begin to be available starting May 22. Review your statement and be prepared to make a payment or enroll in a payment plan, if needed.
