Spring 2021 tuition and fees have been assessed, and all authorized financial aid for the term should be credited to your UC Davis account. This appears as Estimated Financial Aid on your statement and will be applied to your outstanding balance. If you have an Amount Due, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, Monday, March 15, 2021 to avoid being dropped from your Spring Quarter Classes. For Financial Aid to fully disburse, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units (wait listed units do not count). Financial aid will disburse to your account on March 19, 2021 and Spring Quarter Refunds will be available for eligible students on March 25, 2021.
If you would like to enroll in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP), students and their authorized users can enroll online at mybill.ucdavis.edu. To use the DPP, you must apply and make the first payment by March 15, 2021 to avoid the drop for non-payment process. If you haven't signed up for Direct Deposit, we encourage you to visit our website at directdeposit.ucdavis.edu no later than March 16, 2021 to ensure you receive your Fall Financial Aid Remainder Refund electronically, if applicable.
For Graduate Students ONLY, your WINTER Final Fee Payment Deadline is February 25, 2021. Any Graduate Student with a WINTER QUARTER balance after February 25, 2021 will be cancelled from their future term. All registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment and a late registration fee will be assessed. Your Spring Quarter deadline will be May 20, 2021.
As part of our response to the outbreak of COVID-19, all in-person office hours will be suspended until further notice.
