Cashier & Payment Solutions Office

The Cashier and Payment Solutions office will be closed for all in-person payments January 3, 2022 - January 28, 2022. All payments will be processed via the drop box located outside the Cashier & Payments Solutions Office of Dutton Hall.

Important updates on services and deadlines

Update on Winter Quarter Billing
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • Spring Quarter 2022 Registration begins on January 31, 2022.  Make sure to pay any outstanding balances including your Deferred Payment Plan final payment for Winter Quarter by February 15, 2022.  If you have a registration hold on your account, your ability to register will be suspended until your balance is paid in full.  To view your current holds, please visit https://myucdavis.edu.  Student Accounting and Cashier's Office will be closed on February 21, 2022 in observance of the Presidents' Holiday.

    For Graduate Students ONLY, all graduate students who still have an outstanding balance after February 24, 2022 will be cancelled out of their future term (Spring 2022) and a $110 late fee will be assessed to their accounts.

    For students mailing a payment, please note the new payment address in the statement. All other payment methods remain unchanged.

Payment methods accepted by UC Davis include: 

MyBill
  • Online/Electronic Payments: Pay student bills by e-check or print billing statement; there is no additional fee for paying by e-check
  • Credit cards: all credit cards can be used for online payments through MyBill.
  • Western Union Wires: Wire payments facilitated through Western Union can be accessed through MyBill.
Credit Cards Credit cards are not accepted at the Cashier & Payment Solutions Office.
Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks

Are made payable to the Regents of the University of California or UC Regents. The legal amount and written amount fields agree and are completed, then signed. Have the current date (post-dated checks are not accepted)

For student bills, student name, address and identification number must be included with the checks. Checks can be brought to Cashier & Payments Solutions Office or mailed to:

  • Be sure to get and keep receipts for all cash payments
