Full implementation of the UC Davis Chart of Accounts (CoA) is planned for July 1, 2023.

The timeline for the first phase of the CoA redesign takes place between January and March 2021. This involves planning, discover and design, followed by proof of concept and prototype finalization. Huron Consulting Group is engaged on this first phase of the project.

Phase 1 implementation timeline

Chart of Accounts Redesign Stages and Estimated Timelines (Phase 1). Stage 1: planning, discovery and design starts January 11th and goes until February 22. Stage 2: proof of concept and structure finalization starts on March 3 and goes until March 19.
