February 18, 2021 - System down time for rollover to next budget cycle 
February 19, 2021 - Plan File Manager (PFM) opens for changes (through March 5), users will be notified via email
Week of March 8, 2021 - Budget plan files open for edits, users will be notified via email
June 30, 2021 - Budget plan files close for edit at close of business

2020-21 Q2 Forecast Plan Files open for editing 1/20/2021

AggieBudget 2020-21 Q2 Forecast Labor and Operating* Plan Files will be available and open for editing on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. 

For more information about planning for the Q2 forecast cycle, please refer to our comprehensive FY 2020-21 Q2 User Guide. For quick reference, refer instead to the Forecast Job Aid. Both documents are available in the system Help Documents, for viewing and downloading.

Economic impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic have so far added up to a $210 million hit to the UC Davis budget—with the potential for losses to grow. Campus budget leaders have announced strategies to address and mitigate these financial challenges, with principles that require shared sacrifice, but emphasize protecting employees from indefinite layoffs and continuing to support student academic success.

FY20-21 Final Budget closes Wednesday 9/16/20 at 6 pm

September 10, 2020

FY20-21 Final Budget will close on Wednesday, on September 16, 2020 at 6 pm 9/16/20.

This means that plan files will no longer be available for editing after that time, and no further changes can be made in AggieBudget. Please be sure to complete your edits, save your plan files, close them and exit the system by 6 pm on September 16.
