The $159 International Student Administrative Fee for graduate international students will be charged one-time to all newly admitted graduate international students who are either sponsored by UC Davis for F-1 or J-1 status or would be sponsored by UC Davis for F-1 or J-1 status if physically present in the U.S. More information about the International Student Administrative Fee is available at Services for International Students and Scholars' Fees & Tuition page.
[1] The University of California Regents mandates that all students have health insurance. UC Davis automatically enrolls all registered students in the UC Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP). If students have comparable insurance and do not want to be enrolled in UC SHIP, they must apply for a UC SHIP waiver by the date specified for their school.
