The AggieBudget plan files will close at the end of the day on Friday, August 4, 2023. Budget decisions will be uploaded to AggieBudget Operating Plan File Commitment sheets on August 01, 2023.

Important: Only transfers in (or out) will be uploaded to operating plan file commitment sheets. No associated changes to uses will be made by BIA. Units are responsible for adjusting their plan files to account for any changes to budgeted uses related to uploaded decisions and making any other needed adjustments to final budgets. Some mid-year funding decisions (i.e., those made between budget processes) will be uploaded. Review all commitments and adjust plan files as needed to ensure these transfers in are not double counted. Multi-year decisions from previous years will not be uploaded or adjusted.
