Business Process Analyst
As a business analyst with the Office of Business Transformation, Lee partners with the university community to lead performance excellence & improvement efforts. After spending eight years at the University of Virginia where she helped to found the Organizational Excellence (OE) program and develop the University Project Portfolio, she recently moved to join the OE program at the University of California, Davis. Currently, she is leading the effort to develop the structure and streamlined process for a student with disabilities testing center. She is also providing Lean Six Sigma training to UC Davis staff.
Prior to UVA, Lee spent a 30 year career in Biotechnology where she established a project management/OE office which played a key role in advancing Genentech to a world class organization. Lee earned a B.A. in psychology/sociology from University of Virginia, and a Master’s in IT project management from Georgetown University. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Prosci Change Management Professional and a Lean Six Sigma black belt.
