Q2 Forecast plan files are now open in AggieBudget for editing (as of Thursday, 1/13/22). Plan files will remain open for editing from January 13 through February 14, 2022. 

All units are required to review the Q2 forecast version and update their plan files as needed. When selecting a plan file to edit, you will need to choose the FY 21–22 Forecast (06/06) version. Editors can make changes to their plan files at any time during this open edit period. Plan files reflect actuals through the end of the December 2021 fiscal period for the duration of the Forecast editing period.

Access note:
If you can't edit your plan files, your editor status may be "pending training." In that case you will need to complete the assigned training before you can edit the plan files. Find your assigned courses in the UC Learning Center (AggieBudget Operating Plan File Editor Training and/or AggieBudget Labor Plan File Training). Once you complete the online training, we will update your access to the active role.
