A frequent complaint we receive from users is that the web reports don’t print well, and we agree.

To address this, we began the process of recreating our reports in the Desktop Client so the files can be exported and printed. (The Desktop Client is built on Excel, so the print options in the Desktop Client are far superior to those of the web.)

You can find the desktop version of the “Monthly Variance Report” in the Desktop Client in the AggieBudget ribbon under: 
“Reports -> Budget Reports -> Campus -> Monthly Variance”.

If you wish to access a printable version of the Monthly Variance report without accessing the Desktop Client, you can click the new mail icon in the web “Monthly Variance Report”.
