Plan File Manager will now close Monday, 3/23/20 at 5 pm. After that no further changes to FY20-21 plan file structure will be possible in the PFM utility. 

We wanted to remind you that you can rate your experience with the AggieBudget and the AggieBudget team by selecting Campus Budget Office under Financial Management on the Department Selection page.

The in-year forecast (Q2) plan files will close on Friday, February 14, at the end of the day. Please be sure to close and save your files by 7 pm on 2/14/2020.

AggieBudget is once again available for use and Plan File Managers may now use the PFM utility to make changes for the FY20-21 budget cycle.

The AggieBudget 2019-20 Q2 Forecast Budget and Labor plan files are now available and open for editing.

AggieBudget will be unavailable Thursday (1/02/20) through Sunday (1/05/20) for scheduled maintenance.

Calling all volunteers for a leadership opportunity with the AggieBudget User Group! Help ensure the content of the meetings is relevant to the user group community by partnering with BIA as a co-chair in 2019-2020.

The AggieBudget interface has been updated to provide users with new tools for finding reports and help documents and to simplify system navigation.

From July through September, AggieBudget users were invited to participate in a Reports Contest to generate new and creative ideas or identify improvements to existing reports. Last month, the committee reviewed and evaluated contest submissions and selected some outstanding report concepts!
